Assumed knowledge...
While I feel the best way to learn is by example, these pages cannot teach
everything from the ground up. Actually, I think that it may be wrong to
say that these pages are out to teach anything, but instead show examples
and illustrate how they work which may or may not help others to learn.
At any rate, these pages assume that you have the following knowledge...
- A working knowledge of your machine.
How to turn it on, start programs, manage files, etc..
- Some knowledge of C and Basic
Mainly a knowledge of what each command is and what it does, although
you may learn what each command does from the examples. The intent of
the examples were not to teach you how the individual commands work
but rather how they can be put together to make programming easier and
maybe even enjoyable.
- Assembly Language knowledge not required, but helpful
Nothing more to say about this one.
